Q. What are the requirements for being hired with our Security Agency?
A. Besides having a clean background, we look at the following as well:
- At least 21 years old (Mandatory).
- Must be able to become Armed in SC (Mandatory).
- Must live within 45 minutes of the particular site we are interviewing you for (Flexible, can discuss).
- Experience is nice but will train the right individual. (Flexible for certain sites).
- SC Driver License (Mandatory).
- Must successfully pass the required SLED Security Training to become Armed (Mandatory).
- DRUG TEST / Hair follicle / THC, Opiates and all of the other basic drugs (Mandatory). ALSO due to the cost of this test and us losing $1000s of $$$ over the years, the applicant is responsible for the upfront costs. If the applicant PASSES the test, we will reimburse them immediately.
Q. How we choose our next Team member?
A. Besides meeting #1 through #7 (above), we look at the candidates who have been trained through our Training Center 1st. If we don’t have success from there, we will start sifting through the applicants who answered our Ad on FB and Indeed.
