SC Private Security is locally owned in SC. The owner is a veteran, serving 3 different times in the Army and receiving 3 different Honorable Discharges. He worked on Top Secret sites in Germany that was heavily armed because of the nature of the information the site had. He also enlisted as a 95B (Military Police) where he gained more knowledge about the law.

Once out of the Military, he furthered his Security knowledge by working for the state of South Carolina with the “Department of Corrections” as a Corrections Officer.

Their business model is set up to replicate law enforcement agencies. SC Private Security has the same authority, so they felt they should raise the bar and look just as professional as they do.

All of their officers are up to date on their SLED training and stay current with all SLED policy changes and regulations.

In addition, they offer training to all civilians looking to become a SLED Certified Security Officer. They re-certify officers to continue their security field as well.
